What a great time we had from the 7th to the 10th of April at the Salón Gourmets held at IFEMA! We were very happy to show our delicious Frutos Secos Medina in the Eguía Food Factory space at the stand of the Region of Madrid.
It was a fantastic opportunity for many people to get to know our products and to talk to future partners!
One of the great novelties we presented were our new and original Medina toppings to make delicious desserts. A line, in Maxi format, of 4 varieties of almonds: flour; cubes; slice and stick.
So that everyone could get to know us a little better, we organised two fun workshops with our Frutos Secos Medina:
Cocktail Masterclass
We wanted to show that our nuts are much more than just a snack, so we did a cocktail masterclass that blew everyone’s mind! Juan Carlos Muñoz, who is the president of FABE, taught us how to make three super original and delicious drinks using our Medina Nuts as the main ingredient. It was an explosion of incredible flavours!
In this great adventure we were accompanied by Vermut Zarro, Vinos Jeromín and Cervezas La Cibeles, who made every drink even more special!
A very sweet cooking show
In the second workshop, La Lucastería taught us how to make spectacular desserts. Miguel Ángel Mateos and María Lucas made amazing sweets with our Medina pistachios and toppings from Nuts & Cook.
They were so good that they ran out very quickly! No one could have tried them twice!
We are very happy with these four days full of flavour. We hope to be able to experience more moments like this very soon!
