Belén, from El Toque de Belén, takes us to Asturias with her traditional almond cheese recipe
A delicacy not to be missed!
Ingredients:
- 6 egg yolks
- 250 g water (best filtered)
- 250 g of Medina raw almonds
- 230 g sugar
Let's get cooking!
- We make a syrup to the thread stage.
- Mix everything together while adding the ground almonds.
- Add the egg yolks one by one and mix well.
- Once the dough has separated from the sides of the pan, remove from the heat.
- Grease a 15 cm ring and bake in the oven for approximately 20 minutes. Take it out, and after letting it cool, it is ready to enjoy.
