Fancy a pasta dish with a sweet and savoury twist?
Silvia, blogger of Mi Dulce Tentación, teaches us how to prepare a unique and delicious recipe with almonds, apple and black pudding.
Ingredients:
- 200 g garlic and spicy fettucine or lemon and pepper tagliatelle from Pastas Romero
- 25 g butter
- 1 apple
- 250 g black pudding
- Almonds from the Medina raw range
- 1 tablespoon of honey
Let's get cooking!
- Cook the pasta in plenty of salted water (for the time indicated on the pasta bag).
- While it is cooking, we prepare the sauce. Put butter in a frying pan and once melted, add a peeled and diced apple. Allow to brown lightly.
- Add the black pudding, simmering for 4 minutes.
- Chop the almonds with a knife and add them and the honey to the pasta.
- Finally, mix the pasta with the sauce and the dish is ready to eat.
