Salmon and chive braid with walnuts and Medina pumpkin seeds

A tasty, healthy and easy-to-prepare dish that you will love!

Ingredients:

  • Puff pastry sheet
  • 80 g cheese spread
  • 100 g smoked salmon.
  • 25 strips of chives
  • Milk to brush the pastry
  • Medina raw peeled walnuts and raw pumpkin seeds
  • Sesame seeds

Let's get cooking!

  1. Spread the spreadable cheese on the puff pastry with a knife.
  2. Divide pieces of smoked salmon over it and do the same with the chopped chives.
  3. Roll up and make a roll. Then cut in half lengthwise.
  4. We join one end and intertwine by superimposing one strip on top of the other. We also join the remaining end.
  1. Brush with a little milk and sprinkle with the crushed or finely chopped nuts and sesame seeds.

  2. Finally, preheat the oven and bake at 200º for about 30 minutes or until lightly browned.
